The company was launched in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with the first started by targeting main service in the construction and installation of optical transmission and transmission network with the number of only 60 employees.


After few years of operation, ThienTu had made the first remark on providing call center services for leading mobile firms in Vietnam, Mobifone and Vinaphone with 150 operators.


Continually, ThienTu participated in the installation of transmitting and switching stations for following major mobile firms Mobifone, Vinaphone, EVN, Vietnamobile Telecommunication Centers.


Started to provide contact center services for Vinaphone Mobile Information Center.


ThienTu was growing rapidly, at the time ThienTu expanded to providing a contact center system for Mobifone and Vinaphone with larger team of 500 mobile operators (call agents). Not that only, the company joined in the projects for Mobifone and Vinaphone partners in the South of Vietnam to set up and install hardware and software, commissioning, maintenance, technology solutions of 2G, 3G network.


In 2010, ThienTu provided contact center service for Vietnamobile Mobile firm.


In 2013, the project of Green Online Sales for VNPT Ho Chi Minh was proceed . At the same time, provided the Public Administration Services (hotline 1900575789) for consultancy on answering Democratic procedures in Ho Chi Minh City. Also, provided credit finance services to VP Banks.


A major expansion of ThienTu when the company began to provide insurance consulting services in the United States


In 2015, the company helped to create another effortless customer experience by providing 1080 service for VNPT Ho Chi Minh.


In 2016, ThienTu took another steps to provide insurance consultancy services in Vietnam - Phu Hung Life Insurance Company. Provided consulting and customer service for Sam Sung Vietnam and Lazada Vietnam.


This year, ThienTu provides Data Entry Services - STAR CONCORD PTE LTD (Pacific Star Group - Singapore Branch).
